Default 2007 Tahoe Dual Climate Control Issue

The air conditioning in my Tahoe works just fine, but the issue is only cold air is coming from the passenger side. The driver's side seems to be blowing ambient air. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like an issue w/ the blend actuator.

Depending on the mileage of your vehicle you may still be covered by your 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and you would simply be able to have the vehicle fixed using this warranty under normal circumstances. I hope that helps.

my 04 tahoe did the same thing after a battery disconnect. was your battery dead or disconnected prior to problem? someone on another forum fixed his by turnning ignition off, set right side cold and left side hot then restart and let run about one min. turn 0ff ignition and set right side hot and left side cold then restart and see if it acts right after startup.

I have an early 2008 (2007 with newer body style) Tahoe and what happened is the condinsation from the airconditioner building up and not draining. The condinsation builds up and corrodes the flapper motor on the bottom of the box. I had to take mine off, clean and dry it and then reinstalled. it works now but there obviously is a serious problem with the draining system for the fwd airconditioner.
