Default 99 Suburban radiator leak...

I noted a 4-6" puddle under the front drivers side, tracked it to a very slow drip coming from upper transmission line. Oddly it is not coming from where the line screws in, but rather the hexagonal fixture that it screws into that appears mounted to the radiator. Can this piece be replaced? Is this a sign that I've got bigger problems? I greatly appreciate the thoughts!

Probably better to replace radiator vs limp this one along with a repair and risk an overheat failure. My 93 is running on it's 4th radiator. Current one is by far the longest one going. Have been careful to use only distilled water in the 50/50 mix vs tap water. Also always add a bottle of NAPA #13 - may be snake oil but makes me feel all warm and fuzzy about my repair.

Thanks so much for the response! I think that's what I'll do.
