I have a 2009 hhr that is not getting any cabin heat. I've checked the coolant(good), the thermostat, I've back flushed the heater core and it's clear.water pump and blower are working fine too. When I turn the **** to "heat" I get lukewarm air at best, but when I turn it to "cold" it comes out pretty old. There is a noticeable temp difference between the two settings but the heat doesn't come out as strong as it should. It only has about 118,000 miles on it. Does the temp. Control blend door needcalibration?

 

You may need new actuator.
