Default Dual Zone A/C

My A/C is dual zone. Recently it has started to blow hot on the drivers side and cold on the passenger side. Does anyone know what causes this? I am wondering if it is the head unit or a sensor?

Do you have both sides set at the same temperature?

I have an 04 LT and it is doing the EXACT same thing. There are moments that it will blow cold on the drivers side but it will quickly start blowing HOT.
