Are you trying to replace the fuel pump? Or the fuel lines? You need basic tools to access the fuel pump, remove the gas tank straps and lower the gas tank - this is easiest when there is less gas in the tank. Clean off the top of the tank and remove the fuel pump, clean only so debris doesn't fall into the tank.
