Default HELP! Part no longer manufactured 15971649 IDEAS

Even though it's on their site they emailed and said it is out of stock and no longer manufactured.
This is the section needed, the hose right at the metal line split.

Default It deleted my text when I uploaded the photos.

Hello. I'm in need of some assistance with a Chevy/GM part that is no longer made for a K2500 Chevy Suburban Big Block

I need to replace the Heater Auxiliary line (HOSE,AUX HTR INL & OTLT FRT(CODE 1648/9) Stock code 15971648/15971649 (still can't figure out the difference between 1648 and 1649)

Any info you can provide or direction you can sent me in would be appreciated... custom shops you used, hoses you had success with to replace it, anything else besides the junk yard.
my vehicle has been down two months because of this issue and I need to get it back up and running with a working heater in the back for my passengers.
Much appreciation

who all did you source the part from?

did you try dorman or rock auto?

worst case senario; take the assembly off to a company that makes pressure hoses. local auto parts store does it in my area.

Default Tried a race car mod shop

we took the part to a local oilfield hose and Hydraulic Holder, they said the distance from the rubber hose to the clamped metal line was too short for their machine, so they sent us down the road to a race car specialty custom shop, they said they could do anything. My husband went to a tool shop to find the tool that flares the metal hose to see if he could redo it himself, they didn't have the tool..... uggghhhhh

we are in the OKC area if anyone is also.
