I did it recently on a grand am but there was a youtube vid showing where the exact wires were on that car. Now I need to know exactly where the wires are on the tahoe. On the Grand am you had to take the stereo out and they were right there. The system doesn't care what resistor you use within a range but you do have to put it in the right place. On the Grand am you just tie the black and yellow wire together with the resistor but there's no vid telling me where to find the wires for the tahoe. I know someone's had security system issues....they all did eventually.
