Default Need help lowering the driver's side power seat

We have a 2011 Chevy Suburban 1500 LTZ 4X4. It came with power driver & passenger seats and a moonroof. My husband is 6'5" and has been unable to lower the driver's seat low enough to have adequate head room. The passenger seat will get low enough. We would appreciate any suggestions or help with this problem.

Welcome to the forum. Always good to see someone else from the Heartland.

About all you can do is get a truck w/o a sunroof. You lose about two inches of headroom w/ one.

Did he not test drive it?

Thank you 73shark. He did test drive, it is not terrible just annoying. We just wondered why the passenger seat is so much lower. Guess I will just have to drive. Love everything else about it!!

I missed the part about the psgr seat being lower. The driver's seat should go down as far as the psgr seat does. Did it come from a dealer? If so, should have at least a 30 day warranty.

Did you figure out the problem? I am having the same issue. The driver side doesn't go as low as the passenger side.
