My 2008 LTZ has head rests.....may buy new one if you want to buy mine. Seattle area, 110,000 miles with new motor @ 85000. Approx $20K

I have a 7-passenger Suburban. I also have a family of 5. 99.9% of the time, there are six or fewer people, and everyone has a headrest. We're certainly not taking any long trips with 7 people in it, so I can live with the lack of the rear center headrest for the short trips with 7 people. That doesn't make me a bad parent or wretched human being.

ALmost 90% of accidents happen within 25 miles of a person's home so long trips are the least of the concern with no headrests.
Chevrolet
/GMC is the only ones that don't have this that I've seen they should start putting them in.
