I have a '12 Bourban w/captain seats all around, how do I remove the 2nd row head rests ?

 

I don't have my Burb here to check at the moment, but if you raise the headrest there's either a tab you press in, or a small hole for a paper clip where one of the steel rods goes into the seatback. Either press the tab or press the paper clip in the hole and the headrest will lift up and off.
