Starts but when I throttle dies

Default Starts but when I throttle dies
I ran my truck out of gas put bad gas in it then drain the gas then change the filter change the spark plugs put gas in it starts but when I give it throttle it dies

Put 5 gallons of "good" gas in it, try that.
