Suburban 2000 back air cold

Hi everybody im new , please I need help without turning on a/c I get hot air in front but in the back just cold air, what could it be ? thanks

so if the problem is you can't adjust the rear temperature....the temp blend door for the rear hvac box may not be moving. remove the trim cover and inspect the door and actuator
