Trailer Plug Doesn't Have Power
I have a 2001 Surburban. I tow a boat and plug a 4 way converter plug into my standard receptacle. My lights have worked in the past but I know how no electricity. I tried looking at the fuses...all seems okay. Any ideas?

check the plugs for it, they go up to the drivers side tail light. Right after I got my 01 we had to drag a trailer to tulsa in the hopes of picking up a car, and my running lights wouldn't work. I ended up having to make a jumper from under the ds tail light to the plug to get it to work properly, as apparently the running light wire is burned up somewhere between there...
I've since pulled my little flatbed trailer (not the borrowed one to haul a car) and am fighting a likely backwards wired lights on it...
I also have the 4-pin adapter... but if your getting nothing at the plug at all I'd follow the wiring up there to behind the tail light and make sure all is well there first.
