The ignition lockout "feature" is often being triggered when I try to start. Good battery, clean terminals, so that's not it. I'm pretty sure its the ECM/ignition lockout feature but not sure how to fix it. After some monkeying around for awhile, key in, key out, disconnect battery and reconnect, or just simply waiting awhile, sooner or later it starts right up like it never happened. Very frustrating....
