2003 Chevy TRacker 2door rear bumper
I'm looking to find a link to a diagram on the rear bumper for a 2003 Chevy tracker 2 door. The reinforcement bar got tapped in a parking lot and I need to pull the plastic shell/rear bumper to see if I can fix it or if I need to replace it. Any guidance appreciated.

This is the after. See the photo of the back bumper to see how bad it was.
Front bumper up close.
Passenger side molding sprayed.
Driver side has to be painted.
Rear bumper before scuffing up and painting.
