99 tracker 4 cyl 5 spd wont shift into gear just replaced clutch slave cylinder bled it and it barley pushes the throw out arm also pedal very hard to press could it need a new clutch master cylinder or is the pressure plate cooked thank you

 

Since the clutch master cylinder is cheaper and much easier to replace, I would try that first.
