hi im a new member and i just purchased a 99 tracker..... i bought it with the previous owner saying it needed a tie rod end and come to find out the part that goes from frame to frame in the front that holds the arm is rotted out.... does ne one know the name of this part do i can get anouther one???? is it considered a radiator support??? ne advise would be appreciated....

 

FRONT CROSSMEMBER this may be it, very bad to rust,just replaced mine, have 131,000 miles live in southern wv.
