I am trying to remove the passenger side door panel but all comes loose EXCEPT the door pull handle. I have removed the one screw, but the handle assy will not budge, only loose on rear side, rest will not come out? Do I need to pop out the window regulator switch also?

THANK YOU !! It worked great, there is always little know-how tricks to get the job done. Next I will explore why the window does not roll back up all the way.
