Default Engine noise when first start up/ then goes away
Hi..
Thank you for allowing me join!
I have a 2004 Tracker with the Suzuki 2.5 . When I first start the engine there is a noise sounding like a ticking sound or like something hitting something like a fan or something. It fluctuates from high to low. It goes away after about 5 to 8 minutes and everything seems fine. Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated !

Sounds like a malfunctioning or sticking valve lifter. I don't know too much about the issue, but it might be a good place to start your research.

Do you have a oil pressure guage in it or is it a light?
