Here in the great Northeast, rust is the enemy. You can remove the oil pan without removing the front cross member. Using stabilizer lift motor and secure. Remove differential, remove Bolts from rack, disconnect from universal joint (steering), remove Bolts from oil pan, twist oil pan for room and remove oil pick up tube. Turn oil pan 90 degrees it will fit.
