Default purchase advice

Hey. So I'm considering purchasing an old Tracker. There are 2 of them, somewhat local to me. The ad's don't give too much information, but I'd like to know what I could be getting myself into. These would be daily drivers as well as the potential for some light duty offroading (like fire roads). Anyways. What should I look for? I would imagine rust is an issue with these vehicles. So I would check the floorpans, wheel wells, cross members, mounts, and frame. What else? Are there any common problems these cars see? How are they as daily drivers, I'd assume no different than driving a wrangler. Any info/advice is welcomed. Thanks.

here are the ads.

As with any used car or truck it is important to get any and all maintenance records if possible. If the truck was well maintained then you have a better chance of getting a good vehicle. If it was not well treated then you might have to do a lot of work on it after you get it.

Well yes. I'm speaking more unique issues to these vehicles. For example ford focus svt, you have to change the timing belt basically every 80,000. Anything like that for the mid 90's trackers?
