Default Tracker v6 No Start

Hello everyone. My tracker won't start. It started fine in the morning. It did not give me any indication of a problem or potential problem. No check engine light, battery light. The battery is good. Not clicking or cranking when I try to start it.
Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated. Thanks All

You should have 12 volts at the "S" terminal on the starter motor when the ignition switch is turned to START. If 12 volts is present the starter could be bad. If 12 volts is not present the transmission range (or clutch pedal position) switch may be bad. The ignition switch itself could be bad. The battery terminals could be corroded or loose. For sure it will be something in this schematic.

Thanks L84sky. I will print out your diagram and go from there. I am not much of an electrical savvy but I will try to figure it out and post what I find.

I’m betting it’s the starter motor. I had a similar condition. It would start…and then it wouldn’t. Back and forth it went.
Finally I just bit the bullet and change the starter motor. Have not had a problem since. It’s not a horrible job to change the starter either.
Good luck.
