Exclamation Transmission Problem

My problem is in the Transfer Case of a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker Manual Trans 4 Cylinder. The lady thought her clutch was bad, pulled the trans and found clutch was fully intact and ok. Put car into gear 4wd and 2wd and turned input shaft, reaf or trans at transfer case not moving......

Pull apart the transfer case, found heavy Syncro wear and the Hi/Low Fork was badly worn too... Replaced those parts. Putting back together, im having problems I belive with the dam interlock ball bearing in the center case were the two shift rods go through. When the case is together to test the shifting, it will not move. I have disassembled and reassembled several times and about ready to just leave out that dam friken interlock ball bearing. I have purchased a alldatadiy manual for the car and im following the dam instructions for the assembly and looked at the disassembly to see if i had done any thing wrong. I am not 100% sure which way the drive clutch hub is installed but judgin by the wear marks and stuff I have it the correct way...... Please some one lead me to a very clear manual or advice please..... Ill Appreciate it Thanks
