Angry '02 TB Horn

Just got a 02 TB Std. Horn blew once, with A LOT of effort on the steering wheel center. Now the horn is DOA. That it worked once tells me that the horn itself is good, but that something in the wheel is the problem. Any idea's as I am trying to get the TB thru a Maine inspection for registration, and so far, the horn is the only item that will not pass ? And can someone please tell me where a FUSE BLOCK SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM IS, that shows which fuse controls which system ? Chilton's is totally lacking in this !!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome from Florida. The fuse box cover has a diagram of the fuses.

Found it, but was a bit 'mud'ed up'. But 1 thing DID NOT HAPPEN, that being the horn will not sound without the key in and the engine on. Put the key in and turn the engine on and it's fine. But the horn will not sound UNLESS THE ENGINE IS ACTUALLY ON, the 'Accessories' setting not being sufficient. The why the Manual, nor Chilton's, can explain why. I presume it's a 'nagging issue' with TB's. Thanks !

Somebody might have done some rewiring before you got it.

Question Horn issue

; // Quite possible. Horn does work, at times, so the fuse issue is now answered. But it works rarely, which makes me think it's in the wheel, under the center cover, with a switch. Any idea's ?

You previously said that it only works with the engine actually on. This would mean a wiring problem. If this is not the case then it could be the horn button. Be very careful with is as you don't want to damage or set off the air bag.
