I don't think it's a fuse issue, because it was still opening when it had a mind too, and now will no longer open. I've gone in and manually moved the linkage to no avail. Sprayed WD-40 everywhere too. Need to get the stupid thing open so I can replace burnt out brake light! About ready to use a crowbar, I don't care. How 'bout knocking it with a rubber mallet? Would that loosen it?
