Hello,

I have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer EXT. All the dashboard lights will flicker at random times. I live in Chicago where it is cold. A NEW alternator and a NEW interstate battery was put in the car. This issue existed before the new alternator and battery were replaced. The Battery and Alternator tested bad by a reputable shop which is why they were replaced. Any ideas/help is appreciated!

 

Sounds like a ground issue somewhere , though I can't tell you where.
