Default 2007 Chevy Trailblazer front end issue

Good Morning.
The 2007 Chevy Trailblazer my wife drives is making a loud noise by the front drivers wheel while driving. The faster you go the louder it gets. There is no vibration. There is no wear on the tires. It definitely needs a wheel alignment. The steering wheel is at 10 o'clock to keep the car straight. Holding the wheel straight the car veers to the right. Will the wheel alignment get rid of the noise or can it possibly be something else like a wheel bearing?
Thanks

To me it sounds like a wheel bearing on its way out . Generally a wheel alignment is not going to make much noise , it will just wear your front tires fast .
