ABS Light Flashes and dings
Hi New Old guy here,
Mom in laws 08 TB started this last spring, she didn't mention it all summer and now its happening again.
I drove it tonight, when stopped as you take your foot off the brake and go to turn, the ABS light flashes and dings and goes out. I also noticed what I believe to be a Traction Control light come on and go out. (Triangle with a skid symbol)
I got it to do turning left and right from a stop. Also on a straight hard stop.
The two of these together point me to a wheel sensor.
Are there any Tests (Multimeter) I can do to determine if it's a sensor and if so which one?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. She's recently widowed and can't afford a dealer trip.
