Default Brake pedal not sinking when bleeding

So I just replaced all 4 calipers, pads and rotors as well as the master cylinder. I bled the master cylinder then went to bleeding the calipers and I know the brake pedal is supposed to sink when you open the bleeder screw but its not doing anything and I barley get any fluid coming out of any of the calipers. Also when I start the car to see if there's any brake pedal while its running there is absolutely nothing. Pedal sinks straight to the floor with no resistance. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? Please help

Welcome from Florida. You have to bench bleed the master cylinder again. use
