I just bought this 02 trailblazer. I was driving on the freeway at 70 and the brakes engaged and red brake light came on. This was only for a split second. Background. It is -18 degrees. I had been driving off and on for over an hour and at one point truck was running in parking lot for 10 mins. Then turned it off for 15 mins. It was right after i got back in and was on freeway. I stopped immediately and when i started truck back up, the abs stayed on for about a min. I drove 20 more mins with no more issues. Help. I dont want to put it in my name if theres a major issue. I will get my money back .I have 2 days.

 

have the ebcm check for stored dtc. a full function scan tool is needed to access this module.
