Question A/C not blowing forward

My a/c is working but it does not blow forward. Does anyone have any idea why? Just so its understood it does work but it will not blow forward when switched to the position.

Goyaman,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your vehicle. Have you experienced this issue before? If not, did you speak with your dealership about the issue?

Thank you,
Elizabeth, Cadillac Customer Service

Welcome to the forum,
What year and engine is your Trail Blazer?
there is a HVAC calibration procedure that may work for your vehicle, have you recently removed or disconnected the battery?
This is the procedure for the 2007 and up Tahoe...

Important: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control module while the HVAC control module is self-calibrating. If interrupted, improper HVAC performance will result.

Alternate Method (w/o Scan Tool)
Clear all DTCs.
Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Connect all previously disconnected components.
Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds.
Install the HVAC/ECAS fuse.
Start the vehicle.
Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
Verify that no DTCs have set as current DTCs.
