Chevy Trailblazer front driver side issues
I have had my Chvey for two years now. While I have been hearing clacking sounds backing up at an angle, only in recent month and a half am I getting real issues. After I have started hearing grinding noises from the front drivers side, yikes, I have:
- changed the differential,
- changed the wheel hub bearing on the driver side,
- changed the break pads and rotors.
When I was changing the rotors, I had an uncomfortable realization that the two front rotors were of different sizes!!!??? The previous mechanic might not have noticed of put the wrong size rotor on the drivers side. After noticing that, I had a correct rotor put in and also changed the break caliper.
After taking the car for a ride on the highway, the grinding sound started up from the wheel, again.
So my question for anyone who might know: could the larger size rotor disk have messed up the suspension on the driver's side? Or might you have an idea what is wrong?
