Default clutch fan

I have a 2003 trailblazer.
I am having problems with my clutch fan going up. It was replaced 2 times, once about a year and a half ago and then six months ago. It is now making the same noise so I know it will need to be replaced.

My question is are there any other problems that would cause it to keep going up?

What does going up mean? Are you saying going faster? I had a 03 Trailblazer with the same problem. The clutch was replaced under warranty and did the same thing again a short time later. The dealer said he saw nothing wrong with it.

Yes it does run faster almost like revving the engine. The last one when it was out you could see bearings missing. I do have a 2 year warranty on the part. just wondering if something else could cause the problem.

Manufactuers preload on it. Misalignment, but that I'd have a hard time believing.
