Hello all,

I have a 2003 trailblazer with the 5.3L V-8 and have noticed the last few days that when it's running or after I turn it off I can smell coolant. No signs of a leak hoses are good I was just wondering if any one has had this problem and how to fix it.

 

the water pump is starting to go my did the same thing no leaks but looking at weep hole we found coolant coming out replacing water pump in a few days

 

I was afraid of that lol I'll be getting the money to replace it soon or calling the dealer that I bought it from on Tuesday to see if they will replace it for me or get the parts. Thanks for the reply
