I changed a 4.2 in my 07 blazer with a 08 blazer 4.2 now my engine will not start I swapped crank sensors due to 08 different connector. Now I see the reluctor wheel is different any ideas on course of action. 07 2 wire 08 is a 3 wire connector

 

you might get away with seeing if someone can write a custom program of some sort but otherwise the ecm isn't going to read a 3 wire sensor the same way it does a 2 wire no matter what the reluctor wheel is like

 

The sensors look identical and the ecm is the same as was on the vehicle 2 wire. I was wondering if it just needs to be programmed for the different reluctor wheel? Thanks
