Headlights shake...

had in shop,positioned headlight locks-still shake(vibrate) when using at nite.Any ideas?

check that the 2 locking tabs on the headlight assembly are actually locking
then check to see that the bulbs were inserted correctly into its housing when you twisted them on to the headlamp module.
