2003 Trailblazer LT 4x4

Can somebody identify this noise? I just replaced the fan clutch, waterpump, and the thermostat and upon reassembly I got this awful chafing/screeching sound (and also a hefty leak...appears to be transmission fluid?)

Please excuse the camera work; I was investigating that leak at the same time.
