hi, I'm trying to find out how to remove the front bowtie emblem on my 2009 trailblazer. I've removed the grill and can't see how it would be anything on the back of it. Am I supposed to try to lift and pry off from the front? I have a new one to put on. Any tips or guidance will be appreciated.

I figured it out. You have to slip something behind the edge of the chrome and gently pry it off: I used a credit card and a flat head screwdriver and carefully began to pry and used the card to continue releasing the adhesive. If you do it slowly most of the adhesive will come with it. I used rubbing alcohol and WD40 to remove the rest of the adhesive.
