i have a 2003 tb 4.2l 2wd
problem i have is an intermittent vibrationwhile in gear at idle.
i can go a whole day and not feel it. it can be heard inside the cab.
i removed the trottle body and clean it. i replaced the spark plugs. no change. seems to be worse when cold. seem to run fine a any given speed. vibrates just off idle and just bfore returning to idle. will also vibrate at idle in gear. sometimes while under heavy accelration a
slight miss or vibration can be felt. no dtc's
this problem is really kicking my butt.

try resetting the ECM.....disconnect batter for 1 hour.

or you can do some 100k scheduled maintenance by trial and error replacements: pressure switch, o2 sensor, mat sensor
