Low reverse sprag trouble

Default Low reverse sprag trouble
I am rebuilding a 4l60e in a 2007 trailblazer. When I went to put the sprag in the housing " low" reverse' it spins both ways. This is my only transmission to work on but the 3 4 clutch pack was gonei put everything back in the input drum but this has me stumped . Thanks
