newie here
hi folks, first post. We've owned an 06 Trailblazer I6 4x4 since 4/07. It has been my wife's daily driver until this week, I bought her a van and now it is my DD. 9k miles when we bought it, about 65k now.
Couple of questions/comments:
1. how confident in the TB's wheeling ability? I don't wheel, might hit a muddy road every now and then or go to the beach. The reason I ask is one time i was at a complete stop, put it in 4hi to go through a wet spot and it wouldn't move at all. I was kind of on a little hill on a lot we were going to buy. I didn't push it or anything, I just backed up and didn't really try anything else. Since then though I don't have a lot of confidence it it's 4WD ability. I've been down some muddy roads and never had any problems. The 4WD just seems too smart/passive. I've owned a 97 explorer and a 98 jeep, both 4X4s that i had much more confidence in.
2. any issues i should be on the lookout for? I just had to replace the camshaft position sensor but that is all i have ever had to do other than change the oil (synthetic since I bought it.).

i dont have 4x4 so I cant comment on it.
But over at the all Trailblazer and sibling web site www.trailvoy.com there are some guys that do some serious off roading. they may be off help.

thanks rbarrios, I thought about after I posted that this board is a little "thinner" than the jeep forum I visit regularly. I'll check out the other board. Thanks for the response.
