Default Not sure what I am doing... Help please!

I am working on a friends 2003 Trailblazer (she said it's a LT).

I am installing an amp and 1 12" sub. I have all of the wiring and stuff and am using an LOC. A couple of questions.

I found a Motorola box underneath the passenger rear seat. I have no idea what is it. Do you know?

I want to install the remote wire and LOC. I was thinking of tapping into the 12v Constant on the HU like I do in 95% of the installs I have ever done. I heard the trailblazers are different/difficult. How would you recommend connecting the remote wire and LOC. I did find a wiring diagram for it but am not sure it's the same since there is a BOSE and NON BOSE.

She doesn't have BOSE. The visor says onstar but she never has and never will use onstar. What wires do I need to splice into?

The power wire that runs to the battery is only 16 feet, is this enough? It's a big ride, lol.

Thank you in advance!

I found it on mine too. However i think the wires are to thin on that module. I am not sure what it is though.
