hello. I want to ask about the annual maintenance for my Trl blazer. it has about 55,000 miles on the 2006 model Ls. does it have a timing belt and what does the annual maintenance consist of.

 

Check your owners manual what need to be done.This vehicle doesn't have timing belt.

 

your manual has a guide on maintenance. But I do recommend a transmission fluid/filter change.
other than that- you may want to change the power steering fluid (i did my using a turkey baster- the easy way)... drove for a week and then changed the fluid again.
when I hit 100,000 is when I did more maintenance items

 

I WOULD CHECK THE COLOR OF THE TRANS FLUID. IT IS THE RED DIPSTICK UNDER YOUR HOOD. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE ENGINE RUNNING TO GET THE RIGHT LEVEL. IF ITS RED OR PINK YOUR OK, IF IT LOOKS LIKE OIL, GET HELP
