Default Chevy 350-Want to do a lot of preventative maintenance

Hi. I recently purchased a 2000 Tahoe Limited with a 5.7 350. Has 175K miles. I'd like to do a lot of PM on the truck as I want it to be as reliable as possible. I'd like to change the PCV valves and ALL the vacuum hoses to start. Also clean intake and mass air flow sensor. Change oxygen sensor. Change plugs and wires. Maybe crankshaft pos sensor?
First, what and where are the vacuum lines. That's the biggest one I need help with. Also, anything else I didn't mention would anyone reccomend I do? I'd like it to be in as good a shap as humanly possible. Thanks in advance for all the help.

Thanks. Did not think of heater hoses. What type of oil weight and viscosity would you recommend for a high-mileage truck in hot, southern weather?

Change fluids in differentials....change out the brake fluid...fuel filter....and for any well "gone over" truck of course rotate the air in the tires, check and if needed change the headlight fluid. also check the viscosity of the blinker fluid.

Just in case you're 4WD don't forget the Transfer Case. Recommended Oil change is at 50K intervals.

Would you recommend changing to fully synthetic headlight and blinker fluid?
Lol

My truck has 175,000 miles and I use a good brand of oil 10W-30. It gets real hot here in Miami also.

Ya know, most of our rides last upward toward 200K miles or more, and that's on regular maintenance of course, but with standard Lubricants. I just can't quite justify the cost of Synthetics considering the general (not extreme) use I do. Maybe if I did XXHot desert for lengthily (high miles) between changes, I'd think about it.
