Problem creating user profile on Mylink 3
I just bought a 2021 Trailblazer yesterday and am having issues creating a user profile on the mylink system. The dealer wasn't able to figure out the problem, and the tech guy wasn't there. This is the message it gives me. "Check your device's network settings or your remaining onstar data. Or you can try connecting to a different wifi network. "
I have plenty of data. I connected to the house wifi but it didn't do anything. I can't find a solution online. Help!

Yes! It was a simple solution. The wifi password in the mychevrolet app didn't match the password for the vehicle's infotainment system. I just changed the password in the app and it's worked flawlessly ever since.
I'm not sure which one you're looking for. I changed the password in the mychevrolet app on my phone to match the one in the vehicle. In the vehicle it's in the settings menu, under wifi Hotspot.
