Unhappy rear bump stops destroyed, front?

2006 TB LS 5.3L v8. The left rear bump stop is completely gone, and the right rear is majorly destroyed. Am replacing the rears with Timbren GMRETB stops.

How do I tell if the front stops also need replacing? I suppose I either can't see them or don't know what I am looking at, or they are destroyed/gone as well?

I have towed a 5000 lb trailer with my TB for ~45,000 miles with a weight distributing hitch system and anti-sway bars. On a North Dakota concrete highway I encountered severe harmonic bouncing, and assume that is what destroyed the bump stops.

The front stops are part of the front struts. If the struts are worn out then the stops are probably shot as well. That is the way my 2003 was and the struts are the same part number.
