Valve stem suspected. Tire went flat. Is the TPMS part of the tire valve? If so, can I change ity myself? How? Thanks

unless you have the right tire machines/equipment, no. usually tire shops can check for the leak and fix pretty cheap. usually around 25-35 bucks in my area.
