Default Stabilitrak indicator light AND service lights come on

2006 Chevy TBlazer, LS, 4.2, 4X4: these lights come on intermittently and when we scanned the system, 7 trouble codes were stored, NONE of them were traction control related. But I did speak to a local mechanic that stated the code "C0455-Steering Position Circuit Sensor" could be the culprit. I just had my front end aligned prior to all these issues, could there be something they failed to do or did in the process of aligning the front end that would cause this? Also, when I picked up my vehicle, the clock in he radio was set backk to 12:00 and was a bout 3 hours off...right about the tie they would have done the alignment.
Thank you for any help and Merry Christmas.
