Take a look at the crease on the inside of your hood. The panels rust and I have seem many that have rusted thru. The bottom creas of the doors are also rusting. I have looked at many 2002 -2005 trailblazers and all ahve this problem. GM denies the problem so look for yourself. The hood will rust "bubble thru to the outside" and is under warranty. dare you to look!
