All the sound went out in my Traverse! The speakers cut out a few times, made a crackle sound and now nothing! Also have no Bluetooth any longer. Took back to where I purchased they first said noise canceling amp then said no a different amp, the refused to say what was wrong and told me to take to Chevy! I just want to know what it could be! Any thoughts! Thank you

 

I also had a similar problem with my 15. First, make sure you didn't mute it. Volume up on the steering wheel will unmute it. Second, if one speaker goes out the whole sound system goes because your infotainment sys does. Third, as mine did, the actual radio went out. Good luck

 

have battery checked this will cause the issue also
